On 9 and 10 December 2024, from 18:00 to 20:30, two educational activities will take place at the Social Space of Institutions Kalokairinou, in the "Odysseas Elytis" hall.
The first event, on Monday, 9 December, will focus on the representation of migrants, their participation in collective bodies, and the organisation, management, and operation of associations and Migrant and Refugee Integration Councils (SEMPs).
On Tuesday, 10 December, the second event will address issues such as the empowerment of migrant women and the development of intercultural skills, with a focus on gender discrimination, gender inequalities, and rights.
These activities are organised by Symbiosis-Council of Europe School of Political Studies in Greece, in cooperation with the Heraklion Development Agency and the Regional Observatory for Social Inclusion of the Region of Crete, within the framework of the European project EMVI-LII: Empowering Migrant Voices for Local Integration and Inclusion.
