Ensuring Equal Access for Migrants

Finding safe, affordable housing is a constant struggle for many migrants, especially when local markets are saturated or discriminatory practices exist. To address this, I propose the establishment of local housing councils, which could partner with public and private sectors to create affordable housing specifically for migrant families. These councils would ensure that migrants are not excluded from the housing market and that housing policies support integration.
